When sending email attachments, please email a warning shot first, that way we know something big is coming. We will also know something’s wrong if it does not get here. Please keep the emails to under 10 megabytes, they will be bounced if larger. If you have any questions, call or email us.

To avoid damage to photos in mail, put cardboard or something rigid with the photo. Print “Do Not Bend” on the front and back of the envelope. Weigh the envelope and make sure you have enough postage.

This is not our home address; mail is more secure and damage is less likely to occur. Please don’t mail to our home address, things get lost or damaged. Please contact us by phone or email before mailing anything to us. We need to know an approximate arrival date, so we are sure to check the mailbox. We normally check the mail once a week, but will check more often if you let us know.
